Typically on Sundays, after lunchtime, I do not spend time in the cooking area. I mostly hang around doing various other things which I adore. Every Sunday night, my husband prepares something light. Today, he readied potato sandwich and it tried outstanding. He chefs well and I never fall short to suit him, to make sure that I will certainly acquire rest (he he). He cooked and I clicked. Youngsters will love this sandwich significantly.

Ingredients required for the padding
Potato -3
Onion – 2 (tool sized).
Eco-friendly chili -2.
Ginger – 1-inch item carefully chopped.
Tomato -1.
Turmeric powder – a pinch.
Oil – 1 tbsp.
Chilies powder – 1/4 tsp or as called for.
Salt as needed.
For the spices.

Mustard -1 / 2 tsp.
Urad dal – 1/2 tsp.
Preparation.

Peel the skin of a potato and cut it into small pieces.
Cut onion, tomatoes, ginger, and chilies finely.
Approach to make a sandwich

Warmth oil and include the substances for flavoring. When mustard splutters, include red onions, green chilies, and ginger. Saute well.
Add tomatoes and saute for a couple of even more mins.
Include cut potatoes, chilies powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
Chef covered till done.
Do not fail to remember to blend it in between to prevent it from obtaining burnt.

Butter – as required.
Toaster oven or you can salute it in tawa itself.
Spread butter on 1 side of both bread.
Position a spoonful of padding on one bread and cover it with an additional bread with buttered side encountering down.
Grease the cooking surface area of the toaster with butter and toast the sandwich.
Your potato sandwich is prepared.
Repeat the process for the other bread.
