Grilled chicken spicy-sweet sensation
To make grilled chicken with a savory-sweet and spicy sensation it takes some grilled chicken seasoning and here's how to make it:
Ingredients
- 5 chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 5 shallots, roughly sliced
Spicy grilled chicken seasoning:
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 100 ml shoyu
- 2 smd sweet soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
How to Create:
- Chicken thigh kerats. Set aside.
- Mix all the seasoning ingredients into one
- Soak the chicken in the seasoning mixture.
- Put it in a sealed container and store it in a piece of ice limp for 2 hours or overnight.
- Drain the chicken, arrange it in a heatproof container.
- Put butter on top.
- Bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes until cooked or grilled over an ember.
- Sauté the shallots with a little oil.
- Stir in the remaining oil, cook until boiling then remove.
- Serve with the grilled chicken seasoning.
