Sweet spicy grilled chicken
Ingredient
- 1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 galumphing segments, geprek
- 1 liter of water
- 3 tbsp oil for boiling
- 6 tbsp bango sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- to taste salt, pepper powder, powdered broth
Fine seasoning:
- 4 garlic cloves
- 8 cloves shallots
- 5 curly red chilies
- 5 pieces cayenne pepper (optional, if you don't like spicy, can be reduced)
- 3 fried pecans
Step
- Wash the chicken clean, then boil the chicken.
- Sauté the seasoning until fragrant, add the bay leaves and gallant. Put the seasoning stir-fry in the chicken stew.
- Season salt, sugar, soy sauce, powdered broth, and pepper powder. Cook the chicken until tender and water asat.
- Heat an incendiary frying pan, grill the chicken while smeared with the rest of the seasoning. Don't forget the chicken is flipped, if it looks a bit burnt, smear the opposite side.
- Lift, Serve with lalapan and sambal
